Eleaf iKonn Total Review
The Eleaf iKonn Total sports a different design from any other vape kit that you can find on the market. Not only does it come with a recessed tank, but the device also has a hidden firing button. The fact that the tank section of this device can be taken apart and cleaned is a big plus. If you are looking for a vape kit that stands out from the lot and performs excellently, the Eleaf iKonn Total kit may just be what you’re looking for.
While the Eleaf iKonn Total does not have any OLED screen or complex settings and it is operated by just one button, it is only recommended for seasoned vapers. This is because of its innovative design. This is the perfect kit for vaping on the go. Besides the drip tip which betrays it, this kit does not look like the normal vaporizer.
Although the Eleaf iKonn Total can produce only 50 watts, it is quite bulky compared to other 50W kits from other manufacturers. You can either get the Eleaf iKonn Total Kit with the ELLO Mini XL tank or the ELLO Mini. The main difference between both tanks is their size. While the former can hold up to 5ml of e-liquid, the other has a 2ml capacity. With the ELLO Mini XL, the dimensions of this vape kit are 48.8mm by 28mm by 84mm. However, with the ELLO Mini, it is 48.8mm by 28mm by 82mm.
The kit runs on a single 18650 battery. The device has a top battery compartment like the Eleaf Pico so you wouldn’t struggle to fix or remove your battery. The micro USB charging port is placed under the device along with some ventilation holes.
The design of the Eleaf iKonn shows a lot of creativity. Although the entire tank is hidden in behind a plastic sleeve, you can see the level of the e-liquid in your tank thanks to a large e-juice window. What’s more, the firing button is hidden by the same plastic sleeve. To access the firing button, you simply need to slide the sleeve up. However, to access the tank, you have to pop out the plastic sleeve. The tank is connected to the tank using a spring loaded 510 connection. Another cool thing about the iKonn Total is that its tank has a top filling design. This means you do not have to take the entire device apart each time you need to refill. You need to slide the top cap of the tank to one side to reveal a big filling hole.
The ELLO Mini tank runs on Eleaf’s HW series coils which will give you a new vaping experience with maximum flavor. The kit comes with two coil heads; the 0.2 ohms HW1 Single-Cylinder coil head and the 0.3 ohms HW2 Dual-Cylinder coil head. What’s more, there are two wide adjustable airflow slot s at the base of the tank that enables you to control your vaping experience even more. The cut out on the side of the sleeve that covers the tank allows air to travel into the airflow slots.
The drip tip of this device is removable so you can fit your own drip tip on it. The overall design of the Eleaf iKonn is beautiful. It even has an LED light that serves as a battery life indicator. When the battery is full, the light will come on. However, when your battery starts to run low, the light will start blinking. The only little flaw that you can say about this kit is that it is a little awkward to take hits when you slide the top cap up to access the firing button and then try to draw from the drip tip. But you can work around that by not pushing the sleeve all the way up when you want to take a hit.
The Eleaf iKonn Total kit comes in different colors including black, blue/silver, black/red, white/green, and grey. You can get this on https://ultimatevapedeals.com for $36.99.
