Vappinggranny love the photo and that was a very nice review. I was just wondering how did you carry your LT? This probably sounds like a silly question to everyone but I use a landline 4 one ego and the other I just put in my purse. This unit doesn't look like one though that you could just throw in your purse and go especially with the tank on it, so I just wondered how you carried yours when you are out and about.

Thanks Junebug. When I carry the LavaTube I basically carry it just in my hand...in my car I let it sit upright in my cupholder...but also when I do carry it and not wanting to hold it you can unscrew the tank and put the lavatube and tank both in the case that comes with the LavaTube...they both will fit in their nicely and then you can slip that in your purse!

Well done review, granny. And thanks for the add'l info throughout the thread! Sorry to revive 3-4 day old thread, but I thought it relevant as I should be getting a LT shortly (thanks again, ECA & Volcano, I'm sure one of many more to come!). And so I have a few ?'s:

1. Do you use anything other than said tank and atty for direct dripping? My first variable voltage and I want to be able to try the best recommended delivery methods.
2. I've just got my Vision/Stardust eGo's (me likey, better than any carto I've tried) and since they are 2.5-2.9 ohm, I'm concerned about using these with higher voltage. Yes, they're cheap-ish, but would love to not pop an atty.
3. Any other tips for use, coming from those inexperienced with V.V.?

In addition to what info you've already contributed, your experience could help potential buyers and those of us lucky enough to win one of the 10 here.
Much appreciated!

BTW: On a serious note, read your story in another thread, and really sorry to hear of your recent housing/financial troubles. Keep your head up! While you clearly have other obstacles to overcome, and even not knowing how long you've been off analogs, your decision/will to switch to vaping is surely something that has improved your life (if not your life expectancy). Not to say you don't, but as someone who has/has had his own "dark" periods in regards to both money and health, it's important to remember the positives when times are rough. Although I'm sure you're wise enough to have known that far longer than me. Still, sometimes an empathetic reminder can help. As a valued member of the ECA forums, know that you'll be in our thoughts and we wish you the best.

Oh LB you are such a sweetheart...yes I know you are right and trying very hard to focus on the good of my circumstances such as being off analogs for over a month that is a real milestone for me! All of you here are such a Blessing to me as I don't really have anyone to talk to.

Now on to your questions for the LT

Like I said the tanks work great even though they are lr duo coils...the LT has safety built in so you aren't going to blow your atties...so the ones you are using like the stardust you will be able to use just the LT cuts the amps down to the maximum under load is 2.5 amps. so if you crank it up to 6 a dual coil 1.5 tank isn't going to be 6 volts actually think the highest it has been measured is like 4.2

To get the full effect...it comes with a atomizer and drip tip...drip directly into it and see how high you like it ...and each juice you are probably going to find a different sweet spot as I have. Most of the juices I find 4.2 is my sweet spot...but some I have went up to 5.0-5.5

Of course youi can't drip when out on the go and that is why I like tanks...so I have contacted the ones I buy my tanks from about them getting regular cartos instead of the LR that I can use with the tanks then the LT will let me take it as high up to 6.0 as I want.

So what color did you order? I just love my red one! ;)

Thanks so much. I do understand the isolation can be lonely. To the forums, I say! Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes it feels like the Matrix, but we're all real people. I think... :ugeek:

Color: Don't know... haven't been given a choice yet, depends on the stock. If I get a choice, it will be difficult deciding between the red and the black. Hard to say not seeing in person.

Oh man the red is so pretty...not a red red more like a magenta...hope you get to choose

on another note...the batteries aren't protected ones...and with recent reports not of lavatube but other mods batteries blowing up...i think I am going to buy protected ones...now you can get protected ones in but your cap won't screw all the way on so need some orings...gotta find somewhere to get me some red orings

KEEP VAPING!
