We've been so excited to see so many participate in the giveaway and get some great conversation rolling. We'd asked in this thread how we could improve and start our Forum Sponsorships and got some positive feedback and excellent suggestions.

Taking those into consideration, each week the ECA Forums will be sponsored by a vendor, company or supplier in the e-cig world, hosting a giveaway and supplying discounts to ranking members (rankings by post count). Step 1: If you haven't already, join the ECig Advanced Forums.




Step 2: Invite as many friends* to our Forums as you can using our Invite a Friend feature between now and Monday, January 30th at 11:59PM EST.

To use the feature, login to the Forum and click "Invite A Friend" on right side of the Forum navigation bar, just between "Contact Us" and "Logout".

Fill out the required fields and send. When your friend clicks the link and successfully registers, your profile will show a successful invitation.

Alternatively, you can access Invite a Friend in your User Control Panel.

You must invite your friends using this feature otherwise the invitations will not count towards your entry.

I have been a member of a popular e-cig forum for over a year and have quite a few friends that I could invite... but I dislike "popularity" contests, as do most of them, too!!
I also do not have a lot of their email addresses, either. You might have come up with an alternate means of inviting people.... such as a link that we could provide them with, rather than having to send it thru an email form.

And IMHO, if you really want to get some more experienced members here, you might want to offer a prize that would appeal to the veteran vapers...

We are working on a Facebook application where you can share on a friends wall. This should be up later today hopefully. I'll keep you updated!

Thanks for the feedback. It's also true that the SC Micro is more of a product for the newcomer than the veteran and we're going to try hard to bring those types of suppliers and vendors into the Forum as sponsors. Hopefully should be some very exciting stuff to come!

Thanks for the quick replies, guys!! I do have a few vaping friends on FB that I would be happy to invite, just for the sake of getting some new members... but there are still a lot of people I know that refuse to join FB for various reasons. Oh well, you can't win 'em all... LOL!!

I am happy to have been invited to join, although I've had computer probs and haven't been able to be online much lately... but I hope to be around to see your forum grow!!

LOL I wish I was... I hardly ever use it for any reason but can't bring myself to get rid of it. There's a problem with me

sent out a friend request but ya never know

Most of my vaping friends are on FB and I don't have email addys for any of them
I would like to see this forum grow however and may just tell some of them about it!
