We're still working on getting the Facebook invitations setup before this contest is up and if not, it will certainly be for the next one of this type.

Something I could suggest in the meantime, albeit equally complicated, is to message them and direct them to a open-email box service like Mailinator and have your link sent there.

For instance, if your friends name was John, you could send the invitation to a box at JohnForEcigAdvanced@mailinator.com (using just "John" wouldn't be advised because someone's likely already used it and all Mailinator boxes are accessible to the public).

You'd then open that box at Mailinator.com and send them the link to the mailbox which would look like this: "http://mailinator.com/maildir.jsp?email=JohnForEcigAdvanced&x=37&y=19"

or this: "http://johnforecigadvanced.mailinator.com".

As long as no one else knows about that specific box right away, they should have no problem accessing your invitation link.

Keep in mind that if you do go this route, anything typed out in your invitation form on here would be visible to the public until Mailinator automatically deletes it (usually within a day or less of receipt).

Also, your friend would need to complete their registration with an actual email address as Mailinator addresses or similar addresses aren't acceptable for registration.

I understand that this is pretty complicated for such a simple thing as registration, but it is a way to have it function the same without knowing their email address.

Once again, our apologies that email is the only way to Invite as of now. We'll make sure to make it known immediately when we can get Facebook added. Thanks guys

LouPop and pageanmoon, we just added the FB feature in the "invite a friend" section. So go ahead and invite all those friends of yours and spread the word so they'll come to our community.

It's possible to get email addys from your FB friends list. Only problem alot of people provide an email they don't check.

Every invite I've tried to send yesterday has returned with this message "An error occurred while sending the invitation."

Please fix

ETA: This is e-mail invites, not Facebook.

I don't know anybody that uses e cigs, I'm just going to have to try and convert some!
