Glad to help.. Idk if its just me but the only downside to this is when the tank is almost empty, you might get a little leakage and gurgling if you lose the vacuum in the seal in the tank.. Idk this to be fact because I'm definitely not an expert by any means but I've had a slight leak in the head I'm using now but only when my tank gets to about 1/10 full.. I think the benefit of the draw and flavor outweigh the leakage issue I've had the last 2 days.. I'll see if its just that particular head itself that's giving me this problem in a few days when it absolutely NEEDS to be changed.. Keep your Vamo upright when it's almost empty to avoid this just incase it's not just me that's having this issue..

My protanks muted, i dont like it. I do like it doesn't leak, but muted flavor, i'd rather walk around with my aga-t2 and risk the leaking. smh I want to like it but cant

Wow...people getting muted flavor in a Pro Tank? I get that in Vivi Novas....

I guess it is possible with anything using a silica wick. These wicks are treated with chemicals from the factory to preserve them as long as possible. So washing the tank out prior to use is useless unless the wick is washed also.

All that said just rebuild the heads with 100% cotton wick (boil cotton 15 minutes prior to use) and 32 gauge kanthal wire (hold wire under a lighter briefly or above your gas range burner, to get oil residues out).

Welcome to ECA, ML.

Yea I might actually rewick it with cotton, or even just silica and see what happens. Drop the ohms on them too :)

No worrys though my aga and igo-l do the job

Ive ran ALL weekend now with a 2.6 ohm Evod head without any issue... Even took it down to the last drop without any leakage.. Flavor seems fine as well.. I love the style and feel of the pro tank , I just dont like the metal drip tip... Only issue I have now is I eat thru batts with my Vamo and I try to keep it at 4.3v lol

Help!!!! These damn things don't stop leaking all of a sudden!! I've cleaned the drip well in my Vamo thoroughly, changed heads, and they keep leaking.. I haven't heard anybody having leakage issues with their Protanks.. Both of mine are leaking horribly when they get to about an 1/8 of a tank.. What's going on??
