The chipset. I think its actually a reasonable price Considering everything that chipset allows it to do. I dont care for the form factor though. Im really interest in this chip it does variable wattage VERY well. the only true vw comes from evolv. What I mean by that is that it constantly checks the resistance of your atomizer and adjusted voltage as it goes to keep a consistent wattage. While its not a huge deal to go off by a fraction its still impressive that this will hold spot on power. I would love to buy one and do some research on how to hook it up.

The DNA20 is Evolv's latest board. They're the ones that made the kick and the internals of the Darwin. The 20 gives 7-20W VW Complete with an OLED display. The Board alone runs $50

I ordered one (dna20d) awhile ago and it's been sitting for a week. Started to take a close look at it and noticed it got damaged somehow in shipping. The board had a slight crack in it. :( Spent a couple hours today dealing with the USPS filing out forms and answering a hundred times why I waited so long to open the package to check it. Buttheads.

That sucks, it also sounds like one of the bonehead things I would do. In fact I just got a holocron shortstop the other day that is going to sit in my drawer until I have a mod to use it in. Although that's not a big investment like the DNA

I really have no excuse for not making my own mod. I've got a garage full of woodworking and electronics tools. It's ridiculous that my DIY hobby got sidetracked when I started doing RBAs, and my desire to mod is sidetracked by DIY and RBAs. This vaping thing isn't just a hobby it's multiple hobbies. I better get my shit together before trout season opens.

I didn't like your post to celebrate your loss.

Nice mod mongrel! Wish I had the money for one... ;) I like square mods as long as their not real bulkey.
Slap I liked your post because USPS="Buttheads", not because of your troubles! I'm very bad to open, look, then just sit stuff down before making sure they work. Bad habit!.

Yeah, the past week has been way too busy for me...too many extra hours at the station and carousing around town. That'll learn me. I won't know until next week if the USPS will decide. Either way, i'll get another one; and check the damn thing sooner than a week later. ;)
