Posted: Mon Nov 19, 2012 11:34 pm i seen somewhere where you should only run nipple top batteries. sumthin about a flat top made a battery short and have some heat and discharge. but the vendor said sumthin about a fix comin out for it

Posted: Mon Nov 19, 2012 11:46 pm sounds like the zmax v2 (i think that is what its called) .. not sure the variable wattage part will justify me buying one of these in the end..heard that BW is best for people who like to use various attachments and i am pretty set in my ways using standard cartos and atties so no need for it i think..

I do like the idea of the different batt config's: 1 18350, 2 18350's or 1 18650 like the Telescope. Also can change the color of the buttons. . not sure if you buy it w/ the color or you are able to change the button color you self. They show 6 different colors but give you a choice between 2. Is interesting though Jay Quit or DIE. . I choose. . VAPE and LIVE!!!!

Posted: Tue Nov 20, 2012 1:33 pm They seem to be catching on in the UK a lot more than here so far for whatever reason. One of my friends in GB has one he bought a week or so ago. Apparently the build quality is good...no rattly parts...and it holds up really well under low res conditions. The iTaste MVP caught my eye but it doesn't seem to be "ready" yet; the beauty ring issue, the slightly wonky base, no covers for the ports and no ohm meter.
But I'm just now thinking about the post in the Hobby thread somewhere else about trying to keep from fetishing about all this stuff. Nutz! Foiled again! |
