Vapor Bank Wow and Thanks!

On Joe Petners facebook page i found out that vapor bank was having a sale, decided to check it out.

Mind you this sale was VERY limited.

I ordered a couple drip tips, some wire and wick and 2 RBAs just because….

When i tried to check out, kept on declining my card :( so i left a message on the first post, i got a quick response of

Double check your billing address with your bank before you try the transaction again. Open a ticket on our help desk tonight -vaporbank.com/helpdesk – & I will extend the sale price to you once you get it worked out.”

 

Wow! Before I left for work I tried again, i was pretty sure that I had spent my limit the previous day since I bought tires.

Either way it worked :) Went off to work my 12 hour shift, got home ate, played with the kid.

Hopped on the internet and got this e-mail:

Tiffany,

When we shipped out your order we inadvertently sent you another customers purchases. We have already shipped you another package with the correct contents, and we are very sorry about the inconvenience. The tracking number for your second (correct) package is 9400111201080493273234. Please keep the contents of the other package and share some good karma with fellow vapers. I believe that you should be receiving   2 IGO-S RBAs as well as 4 gold Vamo springs. Please let us know if you receive the extra package. I want to make sure that we shipped the correct contents to the other customer.

    Great people at Vapor Bank! I have been to the store 2 times and they are so helpful and friendly plus they have a nice vape lounge :) but the store is a 2 hour drive from my house so I don’t do as often as I would like to.

    i love the fact that they know that there are so many options on where to go, and that customer service is what sets companies apart!

    Indeed tiff, customer service, along with quality products obviously, is what a vendor needs to set themselves apart from a highly competitive marketplace.
    That’s cool that you netted some extra goodies.

    so, got my order, and i guess that they felt bad, no idea why, but they sent me like 4 extra samples of different juice, it’s not bad stuff the orange smoothie is dang decent.

    Nice to share your experience with them. It’s important that vendors do go that extra mile to please us. There are so many choices out there and other than quality, customer service is a top reason to choose one over another!
