Smoke For Pennys Review (

I thought I would share my experience since not many on forum have experience with them it seems..
(excuse my lack of writing skills please)

Today I received my VV 1.5 kit ( ), doesn’t state on site but it is made by young-june (button matches body color) and is not the 1.5 version that was having issues a few months back.. Any-hows, I am pleased with what I received from penny’s.. I ordered late Saturday night, Sept. 29th and received it today, Oct 3rd.. This is acceptable and fast shipping IMO.. Items were individually wrapped and protected well and the Kit price was an awesome deal, to me at least..

I have to say that the quality, prices and service I received combined was beyond what I have experience in three years!! Why?? well…

1.. NOT one time did I ever receive printed out step-by-step instructions on how to use my new device like Penny included!! Even my pricey chrome Lavatube kit from elsewhere resulted in me having to go online to find out how it worked..

2.. NOT one time did I ever receive a little note reminding me to prime my atties with step-by-step instructions on how to do it like Penny included!! I didn’t really need this info. but, some newbies do and I would of appreciated it when I was a newbie that was for sure..

3.. NEVER have I ever received a separate letter in the mail!! Yes it was typed out but,  it was separately mailed and physically signed and basically it was thanking me for choosing them to buy my new Ecig products, when I could of chosen from the many others.. And thanking me for my business, etc.. It was a little something that really wasn’t needed to be done but, it was done and given no other supplier/vendor has ever done that, it was unique IMO..
I have ordered from a lot of E-cig places over the years and none have ever added these little touches. To me, it showed me that Penny cares about us, the customer, for more than just our money and I personally like that the most 🙂

NOW, the only thing I didn’t like about my experience with was the lack of product descriptions when it comes to the juices.. Sure, some are self explanatory but, others like the Penny tobaccos are not.. No big deal in the end for it hurts penny’s business more than it does me but, it is something I would of liked to see when I made my original order since I do like to try out new supplier’s tobacco.. There was something in my package that stated a handful of juices represented which known cig brands but, that is something that should be on website itself for new customers to see beforehand and not afterwards..

Overall, my experience with Penny’s has been a very memorable one. My new VV mod is working like it should and better than my original lavatube. The cotton candy juice smells great and I am looking forward to trying it (oh yeah, I ordered one with nic and one without and somehow penny magically knew I was going to be lowering the nic and included a free empty bottle for me to do so).. Yup, I had a great shopping experience at Penny’s and I would recommend to other fellow vapers in a heartbeat 🙂

    Thanks a ton for the review. It sounds like the try to care about their customers. Definitely a good quality to have in a vendor.

    Good Review. It seems that customer service goes a long way in this industry. Especially because the competition is new and fierce…
    And people can be easily won over if they are shown they are cared for as a person, and not as income.

    My husband and I ordered from Pennys and were pleased with the products, did have a mistake with the clearomizer in receiving the wrong color ordered, made a phone call and received the corrected one within 3 days and got to keep the wrong one sent. Great customer service and will order again.
