I know a lot of electronic cigarettes are made in the United States. A lot of juices, and other products are made in the United States as well. When I was surfing the web for a different menthol e-juice I clicked on a whole lot of different sites. Many of them were sites that looked like they were local, but they were from China, or other places. I don’t know about you but I want a product that comes from where I live. I do not know what they put in their e-juices in China. It could be totally different from out juices from the Unites States. So basically I am saying that do you really know where your e-juice, or your electronic cigarette came from? I think from now on I will only buy Unites States made E-juice and do thorough research on them also. I want to know exactly what is being put in the juice that I am buying and if it was produced somewhere else.

I never thought of the juice. I noticed there is a TON of knock-off products. I guess it isn’t regulated?

I don’t really mind electronic devices, because lets face it, the chinese know how to make some electronic stuff. But when it comes to my juice. I want that directly from a US vendor. (also about the mods, i prefer them from the us or europe instead of china, but its just not a reasonable request, especially for how much USA and Europe charges for them)

The only way to know EXACTLY what is in your juice is to make it yourself. If it is important to you, I’d ask your vendor where their juice comes from and if you have doubts, ask them to prove it .

    I’ve noticed the same thing.

Mosy of the juices I get are assembled in the US but all of the parts are imported and right now there is no regulations on juice. I wouldnt mind if the juices were regulated not by the government but by frellow vapors like the ESRB is set up.

The only way to really know what’s in you juice is to make it yourself. I see many US vendors that won’t even tell you what the PG/VG ratio is….

I buy all of my Ecig juice from USA and as local as possible. I always do my research and read reviews as well before I make my purchase.

I prefer USA made ejuice, and thats all I order….That being said, Im with Slap, about the pg/vg ratios.
They should tell us the ratio, Although I prefer the vg… To much VG, and I get weezy….

  14. muertala on February 9th, 2013 12:17 am

I’m careful about my juice as well.

I’m pretty picky about my juice. it only comes from the US. I don’t necessarily think that that means it’s better, but it does mean someone here in the States is getting my money and supporting themselves. That’s important.

I believe that most, if not all of the cigarette style and ego style batteries are made in China. As long as they are not dangerous, exploding etc., and there are no U.S. companies making them I am ok with purchasing these. All my Mods (except the Smax won by my husband) are made in America. My RBA’s are made in Greece and Bulgaria. As far as the possibility of Vaping e-liquid made in China… nope not gonna happen. My dog, Mojo, got kidney failure from dog food made in China from the melamine they added to the food to make it cheaper to manufacture. Trust the quality of their products? I sure don’t.

As far as I know I have never bought china juice. Since I only bought 3 bottles of premade before I got into DIY I am pretty confident that it is so. And the place where I get My DIY supplies is Wizard Labs which as far as I know is all made in USA. I have been very happy so far and don’t see a need for change.

    gotta be cautious

  24. robowvape on February 10th, 2013 9:14 pm

it’s sad that you’re right not to trust Chinese products, they have an established track record of violating health/safety and quality control standards and allowing toxic products to be mass produced and shipped to other markets…

i never really look into my juice….I guess I am trusting but I usually ask others before I buy

  26. morrinb on February 12th, 2013 6:25 am

    I agree.

These are all part of the ‘growing pains’ of a relatively new industry.
