Is there a doctor in the house? No thanks, Dr. Hahn
Remember ‘Little House on the Prairie”? Quite a cast of characters. Pa, Ma, half-pint, the storekeepers, the preacher, and let’s not forget the doctor. Good ole’ Doc Baker. He was always ‘Johnny on the spot’. Anytime an expectant father, friend of an injured person, or child with a sick parent came to him needing help, he would drop whatever he was doing and rush to their aid.
In contrast to many doctors of today, these small town doctors weren’t living in the lap of luxury. Many times as payment for their service, they would receive a basket of fried chicken, get their wagon fixed or horse shod by the local blacksmith. The small town physician was a person of caring, concern, and compassion. They were highly respected, pillars of the community. They had honor and integrity.
Integrity….what’s that? Well, I’ll tell you what it’s not!
It’s not jumping on the bandwagon that is adored with the most dollar signs, or loaded with the most perks and freebies. It’s not knowingly spewing out false information and lies in order to receive a few more wasted research grants. And it’s certainly not denying people, with a deadly habit, an opportunity to free themselves and live healthier and happier lives.
In the vaping community, we need people of integrity to stand and be heard. People with real studies, real research, and a real desire to help others. I know there are many such people. I have met them through forums, videos, and vendor’s sites.
It starts with you and me. Sharing our real experiences, our real results, and our real passion for vaping.
One voice can and will make a difference.

Well said. We need more doctors to step up to the plate and be responsible. We need more doctors to say we need studies, and to let people know that there is a safer more responsible way to to do things. Not just jumping up and waving a blank piece of paper around saying “Look! Its just like a cigarette so it has to be bad!”
Agreed and very intrasting way of starting this blog off.
It all reminds me of that movie, “The Magic Christian”, where Sir Guy Grand sets out to prove anyone can be bought and paid for if the price is right. Too many “professionals” are willing to whore themselves out to the highest bidder….
Sad but true, Slap
I enjoyed reading your blog post bybees3. Whatever happened to integrity? Integrity is as rare as its old friend customer service.
very well said
very well said, love the way you got your thoughts on the matter out
Nice post
Nice, very well said.
You’re right RC
nice post
Great post and so true!
Great post
Awesome post!!
Yes indeed Slap
Oh my gosh..I love that show..but that’s beside the point, you’ve made a very good point here. Too many people don’t understand vaping, so they decide to adopt the seemingly ‘popular’ view on the matter.. Which is a shame, considering the time and effort they’d have to put into finding the truth would be minimal, but they don’t want to bother. :/ Sad.
correct
About time for a new post, bybees!
Should be a new one today, Slap… If the vaping gods smile upon little ole’ me..
