There has been some requests for a rebuilding a EVOD with SS mesh tutorial, so I thought I would write one up and show how it is done.

First here is a list and a picture of the materials I have used.

  1. Multimeter
  2. Tweezers
  3. fingernail clippers
  4. EVOD
  5. Small Pair of scissors
  6. Kanthal A-1 wire
  7. Pre-oxidized wick

Now remove the base from the EVOD and unscrew the head from the base, and remove the post from the head as shown below.

Next remove the center piece and grommet from the bottom  head and remove center coil. Now wrap your coil around your pre-oxidized SS mesh wick as seen below.

Insert the coil and wick into the head piece, and insert one lead wire into the grommet, and re-insert grommet and metal center piece into the bottom of head while ensuring lead wires are not touching. Once reassembled trim the lead wires and screw the head back onto the base as shown below.

Next check your resistance of your rebuilt head and check for shorts.

Now it’s time to check for hot spots, in the picture I’m using an EVIC. This should light up as shown with no hot spots.

After hot spots have been fixed trim the wick and attach the center post to the head and insert the plastic piece onto the post and you now have successfully completed a EVOD rebuild with SS mesh as seen below. Congratulations on your newly modified SS mesh EVOD. Enjoy your new and improved EVOD.

I hardly leave a response, however after reading a bunch
of responses on Rebuild Evod with SS Mesh Tutorial | Ecig Advanced Community Blog.
I do have some questions for you if you do not mind.
Could it be simply me or do a few of these comments come across as if they are left by brain dead people?
:-P And, if you are posting at other sites, I would like to follow everything fresh you have to post.

Would you make a list of every one of all your social community pages like your twitter feed,
