In the current state we are running across more and more E-Cig Ban attempts, and many restrictions.  I ran into this interesting short debate(new to me at least).  So in my mind knowledge is power and watching a interesting debate really helps keep us informed, so when i ran into this that someone posted i felt compelled to share.  lemme go through what i felt in a really short rundown.  Dr. Siegal has some very interesting views and is well informed i felt.  The rep for American non-smokers rights, Cynthia, i found under informed  and just the type of person we will run across. But we need people like her and to hear her views, not to respect or honor them so much as to know some of the upcoming debates and views that we will run into in the current and near future so we may appropriately know the informed answers and responses. i feel many of them have been shot down already, but they keep harping them up, and we just need to keep up with their views.  These type of people have interesting ways to attempt to wiggle around issues and attempt to spread their hate, and use spin on things.  There was a CASAA rep, he really didn’t say too much. grats to the host he made me laugh a couple times.

But watch, stay informed, watch out for these sneaky additions to the bills that state governments keep trying to put in there against us.

It’s sad that we have to fight so hard. i guess next we will be seeing videos of movies about this, and one of our esmokers saying u can pry my PV from my cold dead hands.

Thanks for the blog post! It’s amazing that most people can’t see the lack of honesty and knowledge anti-vaping wingnuts have, even when presented with facts and truth.

I am always amazed, cigs definitely kill u and make bad stuff happen, like smoke and 2nd hand smoke, and blah blah. But they are cool, and legel. Go figure.

I believe that the government needs to back off or set up some tests.

Cynthia Hallett identified the e-cig as a “smoking cessation device” as part of her argument to ban this product. According to disclaimers and various warnings I have read on the packaging of one of the brands currently sold, it clearly states that they are NOT intended to be used as such

“… it clearly states that they are NOT intended to be used as such.”

Don’t tell anyone that’s what I did with mine. 🙂

I hate that most work places are now posting bans on not just tobacco..but e cigs. My work posted a no smoking policy on Jan 1st this year. In Feb they added e cigs to the ban because alot of ppl were going to the old cigarette break areas smoking e cigs. ( including me). They had a flipping fit because of e cigs…even though we were treating them as real cigs and only smoking in designated areas, not inside. It’s sad 🙁

Thanks for posting. We should all do what we can to keep Ecigs. They are healthy and safer then cigarettes, as all of you should know.
