Today at 2PM EST The Kentucky House Judiciary Committee will be holding a hearing regarding HB190, a bill introduced to ban smoking, and vaping in all places of employment or public areas. Rep. Stan Lee recently introduced an amendment to remove electronic cigarettes from the bill.
