A few big tobacco companies are late to get on the e-cig train.

In this article on abc news, they talk about how e-cig’s are going to be around with big tobacco entering the game. With Lorillard (Blu) and RJ Reynolds(vuze) already in the game, Altria is playing catch up with the new booming industry. Altria has stated that they are going to be entering the playing field later this year with their electronic cigarette offering. With research showing that the e-cig industry is likely to double this year, now is the time to enter the field.

      big tobacco just wants to act like the mafia and give us their cut 🙁 and the damn government is like a giant mafia shakedown artist

        The involvement of BT isn’t surprising to me at all. The money they bring to the table should help thwart an all out ban. However, I’m a little concerned that their lobby could push legislation that squeezes out the pioneers that built this industry to what it is now, specifically the small vendors.

                They feel they have to make back what they lost with everyone moving to ecigs.

                  It is just an opinion but as i always do….I buy from the little guy even if its a dollar more. If I get personal service…..We have to help each other and quit helping big brother!!! Like walmart…..they are taking over and leaving us out.
